Can you hold a place before I apply?

No. We have made the application process fast and easy for your convenience. Tenet occupancy expected with two weeks of approve.
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

No. First months rent and security deposit is all that is required.
How old do you have to be to apply?

18 years or older.
Is the deposit refundable?

Yes.
Who needs a cosigner?

We do not except cosigners of any type.
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

You will complete your application through this website.
How do I pay rent?

All rents can be paid right here online through this website in the Tenant Portal.
I want to get a pet. What do I do?

Let us know the breed and size of pet. We will let you know what is required or prohibited.
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

Let us know at least 45 days in Advance that you will not be renewing your lease. We will walk you through the move out process.
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

All properties are delivered in good condition and move in ready. Tenants are responsible for all excessive wear and tear plus any tenant caused damage.
