Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?

Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
You do not sign the lease but we would be happy to send you a copy of the lease upon request. -

Yes. We are licensed brokers and agents and we help buyers and sellers every day. -
How and when do I get my checks?
You will get your monies through electronic transfer. Fast, safe and at no cost to you. -
How is rent collection handled?
All rents are collected by electric transfer. Fast, Safe and Secure. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
Leases are one year. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
Security deposits are equal to one months rent. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
We can start immediately upon your authorization of the Property Management Agreement with SRG. -
What type of properties do you manage?
We specialize in single family residents. Including Houses, condominiums and townhomes. We also managed one to four unit apartments complexes. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
You will receive monthly accounting and maintenance reports. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
We will hold all tenant security deposits I our trust accounts.
